From welcome email to live video in four steps.
The whole thing is built to be obvious. Here's the path.
You get an email from your school
When your school adds you, they send you an email with a sign-in link for live.aeye.cam. If you haven't got that email, contact your school first — we can't create parent accounts directly.
You sign in at live.aeye.cam
Use the email address your school has on file plus the password from the welcome email. You'll be prompted to change it on first sign-in.
You see today's schedule
The home page lists every room you have access to, with a status pill: open (you can watch now), opens at HH:MM (later today), or closed (not scheduled today).
You tap a class and watch
During an open window, tap a class to open the player. On mobile the player is sticky at the top so you can scroll the schedule underneath. Audio plays where the school has enabled it.
One thing parents ask about a lot: absences
If your school marks your child absent for the day, the parent portal hides their streams for that day — even if the class is in session. This is intentional, and it's the school's call. If you think your child has been marked absent by mistake, contact the school directly; we don't change attendance from our end.
